from time of subscription
Our Return policy for registrations lasts 24 hours from the time of subscribing to the service.
After 24 hours, we can't offer refunds as we may have started promoting your business.
Refund Process
- Refund calculated based on cancellation policy
- Money refunded to original payer's account
- Processing time: 5-10 days
- Bank charges deducted from refund amount
Note: wedunreal service and convenience fee is non-refundable.
2. Customer Cancellation Policy

- 10% service charge applies after booking

3. Hotel Refund Policy
General Policy
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all purchases on wedunreal.com are non-refundable.
Vendor's individual refund & cancellation policy applies to bookings made through wedunreal.

Refund limited to amount recoverable from hotel/banquet hall.
No Cancellation
Full booking amount charged if customer proceeds without cancellation.

Unable to cancel booking once cooking starts.
